Dr. Norbert Frömmer runs company LRS consulting (www.LRS.co.at) based in Vienna, which is partner company of IBS AC. He mainly consults SMEs in the High Tech market with huge growth potential. During his career, Dr. Frömmer has served as director of various listed and private companies in UK, Germany and other European countries. He holds a Masters Degree (Doktor) in Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and works as an Assistant Professor of Business Management at the Vienna University and lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and the University of Klagenfurt, Austria. He is married and father of three daughters and lives south of Vienna.

Sunčana holds Masters of Science in Economics - Finance and Banking from Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb. She started her professional career in Bank as a reporting analyst and after that, she worked in public and nonprofit sector as a CFO. She has an extensive experience in project finance management (big infrastructural projects and civil sector projects), in controlling and financial analysis and she is a certified internal auditor. Sunčana continuously improves her knowledge and education. Her interests fields are finance, sustainable development, and social impact. She is PhD student in Management of Sustainable Development at the University of Rijeka. She likes hiking and has one child.
