In its portfolio IBS holds a number of real estate for commercial buildings and offices. It is our aim to manage and/or develop these.

In Croatia these real estates are located mainly in the vicinity of Cakovec, Medjimure, and are held either directly as assets of IBS or indirectly via SPVs in which IBS holds an interest.
